Hi Anon.

Travel is one of the biggest challenges to a healthy eating and exercise. Mix in that you’re super busy and know it can feel overwhelming. The best advice I can give you is to move as much as possibly can throughout your day. Take extra steps around the house, walk wherever possible & mix in some body weight exercises in the morning. (They’re easy to do an require no equipment) Lastly you have to make peace with food. It’s not your enemy and you shouldn’t feel it’s a weakness to enjoy it. Don’t treat it as a all or nothing proposition, enjoy you meals and eat the healthiest you can. One meal won’t ruin an entire day of eating. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fresh produce. You’ll create a new normal and when you’re home again it’s back to your routine. I hope this helped and if you have anymore questions or just need to chat I answer privately. T
